PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors of accepted abstracts for oral presentation are invited to submit their contribution in the form of a full paper. Authors of accepted abstracts for poster presentation are invited to submit their contribution in the form of an extended poster abstract.

These papers will be published in the proceedings:

• The proceedings of the AUTEX2019 Conference will be published online in the Open Journal System (OJS) of Ghent University and will be Google Scholar indexed.
• A USB memory stick enclosing the conference proceedings will be distributed to the participants of AUTEX 2019.

Guidelines paper submission

• It is expected that authors will submit carefully written and proofread material. Spelling and grammatical errors, as well as language usage problems, are on the responsibility of the authors. The authors are also fully responsible for the scientific/technical content and the authenticity of the paper/extended poster abstracts.
• Papers must be submitted both in Word document and PDF format via e-mail to AUTEX_paper@semico.be.
• The authors must complete a license agreement for their paper to be included in the AUTEX 2019 proceedings.
• Deadline for submission of the full paper/extended abstract and license agreement is
  15 April 2019.

Accepted abstracts for oral communications

The authors must complete the biography sheet.
