Contents of Registration Fees
*Participants must send their Student Identification Card to AUTEX2019@semico.be after online registration for verification. Term and ConditionsUpon completion of your online registration, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and receipt by e-mail. For additional information regarding your registration please send an e-mail to: AUTEX2019@semico.bePaymentAll costs referred to are in EUR (€). All payments must be made in EUR (€) and must be received prior to the Conference. The online registration site is a secured site.Major credit cards such as VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard are accepted. Payments by wire bank transfer are accepted until 1 June 2019. Cancellation and Refund policyIn the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent tothe Organising Secretariat (Semico) by fax: +32 9 233 85 97 or e-mail: AUTEX2019@semico.be The following cancellation fees will apply:
All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the Conference. Liability and insuranceLiabilityIn the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the congress to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the congress and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.InsuranceRegistration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Belgium, failure to utilise tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference organisers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.↑ Top |
